Shipping address must match the billing address on your credit card. If this is a gift and you need it shipped to a different address, please contact us for clearance before ordering. US orders should arrive within 2-4 weeks; please contact us if you have not received yours by then.
International Orders: Choose your country carefully when you check out! If you select incorrectly, we reserve the right to correct your choice and add the extra charges, if any, to your credit card cost, without consulting you in advance.
All international shipments go airmail first class. If you urgently need something right away, and are willing to pay a ridiculous amount, please contact merch@janisian.com
to discuss UPS or Fedex options, which are really expensive! Packages to the UK have been known to take 6-8 weeks to arrive; please notify us at the above e-mail address if you feel it is taking too long.
Orders within the USA: We offer a choice of UPS or US First Class Mail for order fulfillment. If your order is large, UPS may be cheaper for you. Your freight bill will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items purchased and your zip code. State sales tax will be added in the state of TN. A small additional charge to cover the cost of handling and packaging materials is added automatically.
Timely shipping:During the holiday sale, we do our best to ship UPS orders within 24 hours, and postal orders within 48 hours or less. Since there is only one person handling this, we cannot guarantee either.
Shipping cost: Please remember that we have no control over the postal system or UPS rates. We also have to pay for storage space, boxes, tape, bubble wrap, packing envelopes, and dog food. For international orders, we have to fill out customs forms in quadruplicate, no matter how small the order. For foreign UPS orders, we also have to fill out and sign four seperate forms. We know it's not your problem, but there you have it. Someone has to pay for the pizza!

Quantities: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of individual items ordered, due to overburdened inventory and some creeps who took advantage of our sale a few years ago, then put everything up for sale on line at normal prices. Please check with us if you want to arrange a special order for corporate gift-giving, we'd love to sell you 50 of something!
Shipping choice: We reserve the right to change your shipping choice to UPS Ground, or to USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, if we deem that it will be less expensive for us, and still arrive in a timely manner. There will be no extra charge to you.
Wrong address: Packages returned for an incorrect address will be recharged for shipping a second time.
There is no autographing except during the annual holiday sale! If you order during the sale, please put autograph requests into the "Comments" box.
We can NOT make changes once your order is placed; please don't write to us the next day asking for a different address/autograph/substitution! There are only two of us to handle this entire thing; we really can't track customer changes.
