Customer care: We are committed to providing the best possible online shopping experience to our customers. Kindly contact merch@janisian.com if you experience any problems! A response will be sent as quickly as possible. We do our best to resolve problems within 24 hours. Honest, we really do want you to be happy.

Shipping address must match the billing address on your credit card. If this is a problem, contact merch@janisian.com for clearance. Please include your order number in the email.

Autographed items: Personalized autographing is only possible at shows, sorry!!

Timely shipping: We do our best to ship UPS orders within 24 hours of credit card clearance, and postal orders within 4 days or less. Since there is only one person handling this, we cannot guarantee either. During the holiday sale we get items out just as quickly as we can, honest!

US orders: US orders usually arrive within one week, but per the post office, may take up to 2-4 weeks during the holiday season. We offer a choice of UPS Ground/2nd Day air or First Class Mail. Please remember that UPS Ground can take up to 5 business days! We may change your UPS order to Fedex at our discretion. If this is a problem, you MUST advise us in the Comments section when you order.

International Orders: Choose your country carefully on check-out! If you select incorrectly, we reserve the right to correct your choice and add any extra charges to your credit card, without consulting you first. All international shipments go airmail first class or priority flat rate unless you choose otherwise. UPS Ground and UPS 2nd day are only for North America. If you want UPS on an international order, you must choose UPS Worldwide! Packages to the UK have been known to take up to 6 weeks to arrive; please notify us at merch@janisian.com if you feel it's taking too long.

We can NOT make changes once your order is placed; please don't write to us the next day asking for a different address/autograph/substitution! There are only two of us to handle this entire thing; we really can't track customer changes.

Posters ship seperately from the rest of your order, as may lithographs.

Shipping choice: We reserve the right to change your shipping choice from UPS to Fedex, if we deem that it will be less expensive for us and still arrive in a timely manner. You MUST advise us if this is not okay by putting a note in the comments section!

Wrong address/returns: Packages returned for an incorrect address will be recharged for shipping a second time. Items returned because of your error will be refunded when received in original condition, but postage will not be refunded. (Sorry, this is the legal stuff.)

Quantities: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of individual items ordered, due to overburdened inventory and some creeps who took advantage of our sale a few years ago, then put everything up for sale on line at normal prices. We will let you know if there's a problem. Believe us, we'd love to sell you 10, 20, even 50 of something!

Shipping cost: Please remember that we have no control over postal rates. We also have to pay for storage space, boxes, tape, bubble wrap, packing envelopes, and pizza. For international orders, we have to fill out customs forms in quintuplicate. For foreign UPS orders, we also have to fill out and sign four seperate forms. We know it's not your problem, but there you have it.
