We guarantee that unless clearly specified, all CDs sold on this site are brand new! * A note about quality: Every CD Rude Girl Records controls, from 2008's Best of Janis Ian ("BOJI") back to the 1972 Stars album, has been digitally remastered from the best sources available, and features the entire original artwork package and sometimes a note from Janis with bonus photos - or, there was no need to re-master, because the original was recorded optimally under Janis' direct control. Whenever possible, we have remastered from the original analog tapes - on BOJI, with Sony's cooperation, all the old material was done that way. Please check individual CD listings for more information on this. We believe the CDs we carry offer the listener the best audio and graphic quality out there. If the Rude Girl logo is on it, you know that Janis herself served as the quality control manager!
